Neil “Dradle” Schwartz, a native New Yorker, has been dancing since the age of ten. He has been a part of such companies as Dynamic, Culture Shock DC (Scholarship), and Capital Movement. After an almost fatal blood clot, Neil has fully recovered and decided to move to NYC to pursue his career. Since then, Neil has choreographed for major recording artists Push Play, Taylor Bright, and Claudia. He has also had the the privilege of working with Luam on Monica Rush and new artist ..ME. He has also had the honor of working with Rhapsody James, Eric Jenkins, and Nick Morin and is now a proud member of the House of De La Blanca.

Neil's work was nominated and showcased at the Young Choreographers festival 2010. His choreography can also been seen at World Of Dance LA, Carnival Choreographers Ball NYC, Scene Interactive, Sybarite, NYU Fashion Show (Kaleidoscope) and Rhapsody James presents Sirens After Dark. He has also had the privilege of teaching workshops in Hawaii.
